This is one of my favorite green smoothies to make! I make it a few times a week but not everyday. Not everyone likes the taste of spinach in juices or smoothies but with all the other sweet ingredients I add, you can’t even taste it!
Making smoothies and juices in one of the first steps to take if you’re looking to get healthy or lose weight. Eating fruits and vegetables in their fully raw state is when you get the most nutritional benefits out of it! Now, I don’t strictly eat fully raw like fullyrawkristina since I do like to cook a lot but I am a vegan and a total health nut who primarily takes classes in school based around nutrition and health. Aside from school, I also spend a lot of my free time researching everything that has to do with health and fitness. So… I kinda know what i’m talking about 😉
Anyways, this is just for inspiration, you guys can add any other ingredients you want!
